How do I report a bug?
If you encountered a bug with the Mindway app, please contact our customer support team at hello@mindway.app and we will do our best to solve your problem.
To do this as fast and efficiently as possible, please try to provide as much information about the issue as possible, such as:
- Detailed description of the issue
- What kind of error messages you received
- What steps you took that lead you to the bug
- Screenshots or screen-recordings of the problem in action
Any additional piece of information will help us resolve the issue more efficiently. Thank you for helping us improve our service.
