Why was my payment declined?
We accept payments via all major credit card providers (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex, American Express) and Paypal.
If your payment was declined, please check your card details to make sure it hasn't expired. Don't forget to check your account balance and limit to see if a purchase is possible. Finally, make sure your credit card is enabled for online and international purchases.
Unfortunately, a lot of the time we cannot see the exact reason why a payment fails. If you cannot complete your purchase, kindly contact your bank or credit card company to resolve the issue. Alternatively, you can try using a different card or payment method.
If the purchase wasn't confirmed, but you notice a pending transaction in your bank account, it might be a preauthorisation. Preauthorisation normally expires within 7 days, depending on your bank.
